When receiving the goods, if you find that the packaging outer box is damaged, please make sure to indicate on the receipt: “Box damaged sign
And make a photocopy for investigation, and take a photo and save. Protect the right and interests of both parties.

For new orders shipped, please do IQC inspection at the time of feeding. If inspection broken, warranty for 30 days since delivery date. Unhealthy (such as suspected fragmentation, collision injury, scratch, dirt, etc.). Please respond immediately, and to find the problem.
You can apply for RMA directly.Take a picture immediately and notify for confirmation.
If the panel is broken, function fail or appearance failmust be notice immediately us.

Within the warranty period, when defect occurred on the LCD panel: please provide the photo information at the time of unpacking:
- Photograph of defective product with original protective film
- Original box photo(Carton ID# )
- Panel SN (or Shipping Label photo)
- Invoice#
